Privacy Policy

draft v0.1 · last updated August 2, 2026 · not yet reviewed by counsel

01What we collect

We collect the account identifiers Privy provides when you sign in, your Solana wallet address, and metadata about the files you upload — names, sizes, types, and checksums.

We also collect basic usage data, such as pages visited and actions taken, to operate and improve the platform.

02What we don't

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not use the contents of your files for anything other than providing the service you asked for.

03Files

File metadata and generated previews are retained so your library and listings work.

Original files are stored only when you enable retention; otherwise we keep the metadata and checksums needed to verify your data.

04On-chain data is public

Transactions and wallet addresses live on Solana mainnet, a public blockchain.

Anyone can view them, they are not controlled by Synx, and they cannot be edited or deleted — by us or by anyone else.

05Third parties

We rely on a small set of providers to run the platform: Privy for authentication and embedded wallets, RPC providers for Solana connectivity, and Railway for hosting.

Each receives only the data required to perform its function.

06Retention & deletion

Deleting your account removes your files and their metadata from our systems.

Records already written to the blockchain — transactions, wallet activity — persist on-chain and cannot be removed.

07Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to privacy@synx.xyz.

This is a draft policy and will be expanded before public launch.
