storage for data · monetized by tokens
What Synx is
Synx is storage for data, monetized by tokens. Creators store images and datasets in a private vault, list them for licensing, and AI teams license that data in on-chain transactions paid in $SYNX on Solana. Files never leave Synx — a license grants access inside the platform, not a download.
Getting started
Launch Synx and sign in with your email. An embedded Solana wallet is created for you automatically on first login — it is your on-chain account: it receives your earnings and signs your purchases. No extension or seed phrase required.
Storage
Your quota is token-gated: every 1,000,000 $SYNX held in your wallet grants 1 GB of storage, proportionally (500,000 tokens = 0.5 GB). Individual files are capped at 25 MB. Every upload is hashed (SHA-256) for provenance, and near-identical images are rejected to protect original creators. Executable files are not accepted.
Selling your data
Upload from the dashboard or the Sell page, set a price in $SYNX and a license type (training, research, or commercial), and your file goes live in the marketplace. You keep ownership; you can update the price or delist at any time. Files with license activity can't be deleted — buyers keep the access they paid for.
Licensing & payments
A license purchase is a real SPL transfer signed by your embedded wallet on Solana mainnet: the seller's share and the platform fee settle in one transaction, verified on-chain before access is granted. Transactions are final. Earnings appear in your ledger instantly and can be withdrawn to any external Solana wallet.
Access, not downloads
Licensed content renders inside Synx's viewer — images, video, audio, documents, and data previews. No route on the platform ever serves a file as a download. This keeps the licensed original canonical inside Synx.
